- 9 km from Sokcho Terminal (within 15–20 minutes by car) - Taking the bus from the terminal brings you right in front of the complex.
- We will send you an information message once the booking is confirmed. - Pets are not allowed. - As this is an apartment, please be mindful of noise that could disturb neighbors. (Please avoid heavy heel-striking while walking, dragging chairs, or pushing the vacuum cleaner forcefully.) - Self check-in is provided!
- Check-in: 15:00 / Check-out: 11:00 - Parking is available on the ground level (underground parking is not accessible). If ground-level spaces are full, you will need to find an external parking spot. - Within a 7–10 minute walk to Cheonjin Beach. - There is a pine forest walking trail behind the house! - 5-minute walk to Hanaro Mart. - Located near a police substation, post office, and an elementary school playground (available for exercise). - Surfing shops are nearby, so you can go surfing! - Cafes and great restaurants are in the vicinity. ^^ - Close to Sokcho, making it easy to visit the area. - Please purchase your own consumables (toilet paper, trash bags, etc.). - Netflix (requires personal login) and YouTube are available. - A great place for relaxation, remote work, or family trips. - Accommodates up to 6 guests; an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per day applies for the 7th guest onwards.

We came here for a family trip, and my parents absolutely loved the place; the entire family was very satisfied with our stay. Since it is a newly built apartment, it was spotless, and I really appreciated being able to control the heating separately in each room. We made great use of the ice water purifier with a built-in coffee machine, and it was a huge relief to find mats laid out on the floor, especially since we were traveling with a 20-month-old baby. Finally, the ocean view was spectacular. The host was incredibly kind, making our stay very comfortable. We would love to stay here again!
Goseong Shim House, where you can see the sunrise over the East Sea~ My mother-in-law, who wakes up early, was amazed.^^ I had a good rest in a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The beach is close and there are many pretty cafes, so I was able to take a walk and enjoy the sea. I want to come again next time.
