- 9km from Sokcho Terminal (within 15-20 minutes by car) - Take bus number 1 from the terminal, and it will come to the front of the complex
- We will send you a notification message when the contract is confirmed. - Pets are not allowed. - As this is an apartment, please be mindful of noise between floors. (Do not walk on your heels, drag chairs, or push the vacuum cleaner forcefully.) - This is a contactless check-in!
- Check-in 3 PM / Check-out 11 AM - Parking is available for one night only within the complex during your stay. After one night, you must park outside the complex. (There are many external parking spaces available.) - Within a 7-10 minute walk to Cheonjin Beach. - There's also a pine forest walking trail behind the house! - 5-minute walk to Hanaro Mart. - Police station, post office, and elementary school playground (available for exercise) are nearby. - There's a surfing shop, so surfing is possible! - Cafes and restaurants are nearby. ^^ - It's close to Sokcho, so you can also travel to Sokcho. - You need to purchase consumables yourself (toilet paper, trash bags, etc.). - Netflix (personal login required) and YouTube are available. - A great place to relax, good for remote work, and also suitable for family trips. - Available for up to 6 people; for 7 people or more, an additional charge of 20,000 KRW per day will be incurred.

We came here for a family trip, and my parents absolutely loved the place; the entire family was very satisfied with our stay. Since it is a newly built apartment, it was spotless, and I really appreciated being able to control the heating separately in each room. We made great use of the ice water purifier with a built-in coffee machine, and it was a huge relief to find mats laid out on the floor, especially since we were traveling with a 20-month-old baby. Finally, the ocean view was spectacular. The host was incredibly kind, making our stay very comfortable. We would love to stay here again!
Goseong Shim House, where you can see the sunrise over the East Sea~ My mother-in-law, who wakes up early, was amazed.^^ I had a good rest in a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The beach is close and there are many pretty cafes, so I was able to take a walk and enjoy the sea. I want to come again next time.
I had a great week-long vacation with my family. The location was excellent, with the beach and amenities very close by, and it was also close to Sokcho. The accommodation was very clean and cozy, so I had a really good rest. It was a vacation where I brought my baby along, and it was great that there was a mat laid out in the living room. The house was also very warm. Thank you to the host for the kind explanations. I especially liked the water purifier. All the tableware was clean and nice. I want to visit again. ^^
