It is suitable for short-term stays in the city center, whether for work, sightseeing, or relaxation. ㆍSmoking and pets are not permitted. . This accommodation may not be suitable for individuals who are extremely particular about cleanliness or have a highly sensitive nature. ※ As this is a short-term rental, guests must bring their own personal hygiene items, such as soap, towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and tissues. ※ The standard occupancy is one person (maximum of two; prior consultation required).
ㆍLocated 1.8 km from Gangneung Intercity Bus Terminal and 2.3 km from the KTX station, offering easy access via walking, taxi, or public transport. .Close to Myeongju Cafe Street; Central Market, Wolhwa Street, and the Namdaecheon Stream riverside area are all within a 5-minute walk.
ㆍCheck-in and check-out times will be notified separately and can be adjusted upon consultation. ㆍAccess codes for the main gate and door lock will be sent via message before check-in. ㆍPets and smoking are prohibited throughout the entire building. ㆍGuests are responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior areas during their stay. ㆍPlease dispose of trash yourself using designated recycling bags; the disposal area is located 20 meters to the right on the left side of the road. ㆍPlease bring your own bathroom toiletries. ㆍFree parking is recommended at the Manmul Auction House public parking lot.

Gas costs (for boiler heating) are based on individual usage; tenants are responsible for settling the bill for the amount consumed during their stay. To save on heating costs, please be sure to set the boiler to "Away" mode when leaving the premises.
