- Guests must be 13 years of age or older (guests under 13 are permitted only if guardians agree to be mindful of noise affecting neighbors). - Contactless check-in/check-out. - Check-in: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Check-out: 11:00 AM. - Please leave the room in the same condition as upon arrival and separate/dispose of all trash yourself. - CCTV is in operation at the main entrance for safety and access monitoring. - Only the person who made the reservation may stay. - No pets; no smoking. - Smoking inside the accommodation may result in immediate eviction without a refund for the remaining stay; a special cleaning fee may also be charged. - An additional cleaning/laundry fee (50,000 KRW) will be charged if bedding becomes stained. Eating in bed and hair dyeing are prohibited. - Please use the luggage storage facilities at Hongik Univ. Station (Exit 5) for storing bags. - Paid parking is available in the building; parking is not permitted after check-out.

The location is excellent. It’s close to both bus stops and the subway, there are plenty of nearby amenities, and the interior is clean, so I had a really great stay. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Korea.
