All utility costs are included in the management fee. However, additional charges will apply upon check-out if gas, electricity, or water are used excessively, and restoration costs will be charged in the event of damage or contamination.
The landlord is very kind, responsive, and always willing to help resolve any issues. I only deducted one point due to an issue with the washing machine; I had to clean it myself, which took quite a bit of time. Otherwise, I had a positive experience and would recommend staying here.
