Check-in is contactless. If you chat with us before or after payment, we will verify your identity and guide you on how to use the room. We also provide invoices upon request, and you must register your resident card after check-in. Getting to Gangnam, Daechi-dong's academy district, or major tourist attractions is easy, with Gyodae Station (Lines 2 & 3) a 5-minute walk away and an airport bus stop just 1 minute away. It's much cheaper than a hotel, yet meticulously clean and secure, allowing you to stay comfortably and save on travel expenses. For the security of the building, all residents are required to register upon entry. The management fee is covered by the amount you have already paid, but additional charges may apply if heating costs are excessive during the winter. :) Free 500mb internet is available. ^^ Parking is charged separately at 35,000 won.

The location is really convenient. There were some problems with the house, but I was able to contact the host right away and get help with the inconveniences, so I had a good stay.
It was very nice because it was safe and the transportation was convenient. I had a comfortable stay. I recommend it.
