Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with information about moving in and using the facilities. *Please notify us 10 days before your departure. Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. You must clean your room, have the manager inspect the facilities, and return the keys. *The entrance fee is paid in advance on a monthly basis. *You can use the facilities and equipment within the premises free of charge, with no additional costs beyond the entrance fee. *Check-in and check-out are conducted non-face-to-face.

We offer studio rooms and mini-rooms equipped with private bathrooms and shower facilities to ensure individual privacy. - High-speed internet connection - Kitchen: Refrigerator, water purifier, induction cooktop, microwave, kitchen appliances and supplies Free shared internet (WiFi) is available, and each floor has a kitchen and laundry area. The kitchen is always stocked with cooking utensils, rice, kimchi, ramen, seasoning sets, and detergents, all provided free of charge. Strict security is maintained with 24-hour CCTV surveillance and digital door locks at the entrance. Various fire safety facilities, compliant with current fire safety regulations, are fully equipped, including emergency exits, escape ropes, fire extinguishers, detectors, and sprinklers, installed by a specialized fire safety company. Operated on a rental basis with no utility fees or management costs, it is a comfortable and quiet space for study, work, and relaxation.
All utility bills are provided free of charge. There may be an additional charge for excessive use of electricity and gas.
