This is a quiet, cozy, and sun-drenched two-room unit with an analog charm. Located within the historic city center (inside the Four Great Gates), it offers excellent transportation links, making it convenient for both sightseeing and daily living. The neighborhood is safe and secure, with a police station located right nearby. Although technically a semi-basement, it sits just three steps below ground level; thanks to its south-facing orientation and open space in front of the building, it enjoys plenty of natural light. Fully equipped with all necessary amenities, the unit features two separate rooms, allowing families or friends to enjoy a balance of shared and private time. The bed is an extendable type that converts to a king size, accommodating up to four guests.
- 2-minute walk to bus stops serving various locations across Seoul (Gangnam, Sinchon, Gwanghwamun, Sungshin Women's University, etc.) - 6-minute walk to Hyehwa Station (Subway Line 4) - 10-minute walk from the Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) Entrance stop for Airport Bus 6011 - Accessible on foot or by local bus to Daehak-ro, Sungkyunkwan University, Seoul National University Hospital, and Gwangjang Market - Since the location is in Jongno-gu—near areas like Ikseon-dong, Bukchon, Samcheong-dong, and Seochon—using the "Ttareungi" public bike-sharing service is also recommended.
- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. - Smoking is prohibited. - Please be mindful of noise, as the property is located in a residential area. - The rate is based on 2 guests, with a maximum capacity of 4 guests. (An additional fee of 50,000 KRW per person applies for extra guests.) - Pets are allowed only if they are quiet and trained to relieve themselves outdoors (so as not to disturb neighbors); an additional fee of 100,000 KRW applies.

The management fee includes all utilities (electricity, gas, water, and internet). However, an additional fee applies: 30,000 KRW during the summer season (July–September) and 50,000 KRW during the winter season (December–February).
I traveled here from Sydney with a friend for a three-week trip, and we had a wonderfully comfortable stay without a single issue. The location is excellent, and the host was always quick to respond. It’s situated in a quiet residential area, and we were satisfied with everything. I visit Korea often and will definitely stay here again.
We said "Wow!" the moment we walked in. It was just as beautiful and lovely as the name suggests. Everything we needed was provided, so we didn't experience any inconvenience. It was convenient to use both buses and the subway. With a convenience store, supermarket, cafes, and restaurants all nearby, it was a great place to stay with a child. As a family of three, we had a wonderful stay. We’d love to come back on our next trip. Oh, and the communication with the host was excellent, which was another great plus.
The owner is incredibly kind. I stayed here to recover after surgery, and I was truly touched by how attentive and considerate they were. The location is convenient—close to buses and the subway—and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. I was completely satisfied with everything.
