• Check-in and check-out times will be announced separately and can be adjusted through negotiation. • The gate and door lock passwords will be sent via message before check-in. • Pets and smoking are prohibited in the entire building. • You must clean the interior and exterior of the residence yourself. • Dispose of trash directly using separate collection bags. The location is 20 meters to the right of the road on the left. • Please bring your own toiletries. • Free parking is recommended at the Manmul Auction House public parking lot.

Gas (boiler heating cost) is individual heating, and the tenant must settle the amount used during the occupancy period.
