Check-in is contactless. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you instructions regarding check-in and usage. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Pets are not allowed (exceptions made only upon prior agreement). The cleaning fee is refundable (0%–100%) based on the cleanliness of the unit upon checkout. However, an additional cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged if special cleaning is required due to issues such as smoking or pets (e.g., lingering odors). Standard occupancy is 4 people. Additional guests are permitted upon prior agreement.
You will be charged for the cost of items in the event of damage or malfunction caused by user error. Check-in is after 5:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM (times are negotiable). Resident registration is not permitted (address registration/transfer reporting is not allowed). Cash receipts are issued (10% VAT is included in the management fee). The actual floor area is approximately 10 pyeong for the 1st floor and 7 pyeong for the 2nd floor.
