We turn on rest for you. This is a cozy house with a living room and one bedroom. We provide a pleasant home for those who need a break for business trips, moving, or travel. We clean diligently and wash bedding and towels ourselves. Dishes, pots, towels, shampoo, and detergent are provided, but for long-term stays of 4 weeks or more, please bring your own consumables due to the long-term discount.
Parking is available. Public transportation is a bit inconvenient.
Check-in is contactless. Please contact us by text message. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Check-in is at 3 PM, check-out is at 11 AM (negotiable)
It is near Jado Coffee Shop in Banseok-dong. You must compensate for any damage to the equipment.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.

It’s so clean and comfortable that I regret booking late and missing out on my preferred dates. As noted in the listing, having a car makes things much more convenient. It is truly spotless—even the bathroom is free of any water stains—and the bedding was comfortable. One slight downside(?) is that, due to the layout, the room doesn't cool down very well even with the AC on; having a fan would be a nice addition. I would definitely book here again if the need arises!
