*For single-occupancy reservations, move-in is arranged based on currently available rooms, regardless of the specific room number. The premises are cleaned and maintained daily, and safety is ensured through a CCTV system that covers the entire area without blind spots. Various amenities—such as convenience stores, bakeries, cafes, popular restaurants, and Daiso—are located nearby. The property is within a 10-minute walk of Anguk, Samcheong, and Insadong, areas filled with diverse restaurants, cafes, and attractions.
There are no separate management fees; everything is included in the rental fee.
