Public transport options, such as the elevated train and buses, are located within a 5-minute walk. We provide a dedicated parking area for guests arriving by car; please let us know in advance. We will also provide parking instructions if you have additional vehicles. :D

* Make use of the picnic set. We’ve prepared an IKEA bag containing a Budweiser ice bucket, a wine chilling bag, and a picnic mat so you can enjoy a picnic at nearby Suseongmot Lake or local parks. (Please handle the bucket with care to avoid breakage.) * Excessive noise can disturb the neighbors. The neighborhood is quiet and free from inter-floor noise, allowing for a relaxing stay; please refrain from any behavior that might disturb the neighbors. * Close to slippers? Close to drinks! You can slip on the shared slippers provided at the entrance and easily visit a nearby convenience store. To wrap up a wonderful day, try visiting the atmospheric izakayas and restaurants recommended in our accommodation guide. * Convenient transportation The accommodation is close to large supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions, making it easy to get around on foot or by public transport. * Feel free to use the host room. There is a host room (supply room) that is not permanently occupied by the host. You can use it to store luggage or do laundry. However, please consult the host before using any supplies kept in the room.
- No additional fees apply as long as usage stays within the monthly maintenance allowance of 70,000 KRW (120,000 KRW for July–August and November–February). - However, excessive usage may result in additional charges upon check-out. - There are no extra costs if you treat the space with care, just like your own home.
