- Check-in is contactless, and we will contact you once your reservation is confirmed.
* Use the picnic set. We have provided a Budweiser ice basket, a wine chilling bag, and a mat in an IKEA bag so you can enjoy a picnic at nearby Suseongmot Lake or a park. (Please be careful not to damage the basket.) * Excessive noise can disturb neighbors. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is no noise between floors, so you can relax comfortably. Please refrain from actions that may disturb your neighbors. * Slippers and alcohol within walking distance! You can use the shared slippers provided at the entrance to visit nearby convenience stores! To end a wonderful day, visit the trendy izakayas and restaurants recommended in the accommodation guide. * Convenient transportation The accommodation is close to large supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions, making it easy to walk around and use public transportation. * Make full use of the host room There is a host room (supply room) that is not occupied by the host. You can store your luggage or use the laundry facilities. However, please consult with the host before using the items in the host room.
- No additional costs will be incurred within the monthly management fee of 70,000 won. (120,000 won for July-August and November-February) - However, if you use it excessively, you may be charged an additional fee upon check-out. - If you use it as if it were your own home, there will be no additional costs.
