Recently remodeled. This is a luxury residential area where chairmen reside. It is a cozy, forest-like house on the street next to the Gyeongbokgung Palace wall. I am renting out my private home. All living tools and furniture are provided. You will have exclusive use of the house. The house is on the first floor, so you won't need to use any stairs. There are a total of 3 rooms, and 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 super single bed are available.

Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is complete, we will provide you with the address and check-in instructions. A baby crib and high chair are available upon prior request.
There are many beautiful art museums and mansions of chairmen in the neighborhood. It is next to the stone wall of Gyeongbokgung Palace. We have prepared a high-quality mattress, a 100% cotton duvet cover, and a 100% duck down duvet. The home appliances are the latest models from Samsung Electronics, chosen to reflect personal preferences. Only basic shampoo, body wash, hand wash, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. Please prepare any other items yourself.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
The host was kind, and the house was cozy and comfortable. It was close to Gyeongbokgung Station, so foreigners loved it.
I had a good time.
Everything was good, but the lights were too dim, which was inconvenient. Most importantly, it was easy to use public transportation. It was very close to the bus and the station, which was great. I enjoyed my stay.
