Gas and electricity costs are separate (a 30,000 KRW utility discount applies for partner universities). Charges are settled based on actual usage readings. The move-out inspection is conducted after settlement. If the unit requires a full move-out cleaning rather than standard routine cleaning, the actual cleaning cost will be charged, and the security deposit will be approved for return once payment is confirmed. Indoor smoking is prohibited. A restoration fee of 50,000 KRW per wall applies if walls are damaged. A 200,000 KRW deodorization fee is charged for indoor smoking. An additional management fee of 40,000 KRW per month applies for each additional resident.
