This room is fully equipped with a comfortable double bed, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, and air purifier. Bedding, cooking utensils, shower supplies, and other necessities are provided. The subway and bus stops are conveniently located in front of the house, and Dogok Market, a food alley, and Lotte Department Store are within a 2-3 minute walk. It is also adjacent to the Daechi-dong academy district, so there are many convenience facilities such as restaurants, hospitals, and Daiso.
It is a 2-minute walk from Hanti Station on the subway. You can take a bus to Gangnam Station, COEX, etc. from the bus stop in front of the house.
Check-in is contactless. If you wish, we can explain how to use the room in person. The room's password will be sent to you on the morning of your check-in day.
Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors. If smoking or pets are present, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. (Professional cleaning service fee: 150,000-400,000 KRW)
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
The room is cozy and warm. The location is also very good, in front of Hanti Station, and the host is kind. I highly recommend it.
