Position on Management Fee Settlement and Reviews It is deeply regrettable that when we requested a settlement of 20,000 KRW for excess usage (electricity, water, etc.) upon checkout without additional guest fees, you raised a complaint by using the writing of a review as a means to an end, asking, "I wasn't writing a review because it was a hassle, but do I have to now?" We have had many grateful guests who left positive reviews even without any events, so we will not be holding review events in the future. 2. Rates and Prices, etc. While residence hotels with cooking facilities cost over 500,000 KRW per night, the short-term rental of this space for one week is very reasonable in the 500,000 KRW range. As spaces of this size and with facilities are priced at a minimum of around 200,000 KRW per night on Airbnb, it is unreasonable for you to raise complaints without being aware of these market conditions. 3. Information on Space and Facilities The space configuration is fully specified in the photos and detailed description, and the built-in structure and kitchen island table are also transparently listed on the website in accordance with the actual layout. This space is available for use without additional charges for extra guests, and we only settle for any usage exceeding the basic limits for electricity, gas, and water according to the stated regulations. Benefits related to reviews are also optional. 4. Regret Regarding Response and Attitude Despite our consideration in granting a grace period even though the payment deadline for the contract extension had passed, and our immediate resolution of your inconveniences, it is truly regrettable that you, far from acknowledging your own carelessness and lack of understanding of the regulations, acted defiantly and raised unreasonable complaints regarding the objective settlement process.
