Basic items such as the bed, mattress, and mattress cover are provided. - We provide 10,000 KRW to cover the cost of using a nearby franchise self-service laundromat. (If you send the host a photo of your visit, the 10,000 KRW will be deposited into your account along with the return of your security deposit upon checkout.)
Water, city gas, and Wi-Fi costs are included in the maintenance fee. (However, unless your electricity usage is excessive, we intend to include it in the listed maintenance fee rather than charging for it separately. Please keep this in mind.)
It was so cold the first day I went in. I think the heating should be turned on at least a day before.
