- Check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. - The move-in process is contactless (the automatic door lock passcode will be sent via text message on the day of move-in). - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with your assigned unit number and move-in instructions. - 1st-floor amenities (24-hour unmanned convenience store, unmanned print shop, and 'Yeonda' unmanned merchandise/gift shop).
- Create wonderful memories at JK Homes Stay in Chuncheon, the city of lakes. We can also provide recommendations for local restaurants and sightseeing itineraries upon request. - Accommodation units (Type A or B) are assigned randomly; there is no difference in room condition or amenities between them. - For personal hygiene reasons, please bring your own bedding and toiletries. (Beds, mattresses, and mattress covers are provided as standard.) - We provide 10,000 KRW for the use of a nearby franchise self-service laundromat. (If you send a photo of your visit to the host, the 10,000 KRW will be deposited into your account along with the return of your security deposit upon checkout.)
Water, city gas, and Wi-Fi costs are included in the maintenance fee. (However, unless your electricity usage is excessive, we intend to include it in the listed maintenance fee rather than charging for it separately. Please keep this in mind.)
It was so cold the first day I went in. I think the heating should be turned on at least a day before.
I had a wonderful stay in a beautiful room for two weeks.
It's located on a main road, so it's easily accessible. However, those who are sensitive to noise or light might find it tiring. It's well-equipped with amenities.
