As this is a residential area, please be mindful of noise levels during check-in, check-out, and your stay; please understand that you may be asked to leave if noise complaints arise. It is located just a one-minute walk from Mangnidan-gil in a quiet residential area. It is a 10-minute walk to Hangang Park, and Mangwon Market is right next door, making daily life very convenient. The interior has been newly renovated and is spotless; an air purifier and dehumidifier are provided. *The space is thoroughly cleaned with a steam cleaner before and after each stay.
Utilities—including electricity, gas, water, and internet (with TV)—are included; however, please turn off the gas and air conditioner when checking out or leaving the premises. Please note that you may be charged for actual costs incurred if usage significantly exceeds reasonable limits.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. It was great having a market I love right nearby, and the location was very convenient for transportation, so I was really satisfied. I recommend this place to anyone looking for short-term accommodation with great local amenities.
The location is fantastic—literally right next to Mangwon Market and the main road, which is lined with shops all the way to the subway station. The apartment is very clean and modern, equipped with everything you might need, including towels, kitchenware, shampoo, laundry detergent, and a water purifier. The owner is very friendly and quick to respond. The only downside is that the walls are quite thin, which is something to keep in mind if you are traveling with children.
