This 25-pyeong apartment in Yeongtong has been remodeled in a bright, clean, high-tone style, and boasts a fantastic, unobstructed view. It features 2 rooms, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a small room with a single bed, a living room, a kitchen, and a large, long shoe cabinet in the entryway. There are front and back verandas. (One of the three rooms is used as a storage room.) It can accommodate 2 adults and up to 4 people including children. As it is located in a residential complex, we prefer guests who will maintain a quiet environment.
The city bus is right in front of the complex. Gangnam bus is a 10-minute walk away. Mangpo Station (Bundang Line) is about a 10-minute drive away. Shingal IC is about a 15-minute drive away.
-Check-in is possible without contact, check-in time is flexible, and check-out is at 12:00 (negotiable). -Tableware is provided for 4 people. -Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. (If smoking indoors, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged for damages.) -Compensation will be charged for any damage to property.
- Convenience store in the complex - Connected to Gwanggyo Lake Park from the apartment complex (1 hour 30 minutes on foot) - Close to Suwon Convention Center - Good accessibility to Shingal LC and Samsung Digital City. - Homeplus and Gwanggyo infrastructure and Yeongtong infrastructure are available~.
All management fees are included. (Additional charges apply for commercial use.)
