K House Rules - Pets are not allowed. - If any items in the building are broken, damaged, or stained, additional charges may apply. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. (A fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged for smoking inside the house.)
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
It was a cozy and convenient house. First of all, the interior of the house was beautiful, so I felt good during my stay. Even though the cold wave had been going on for several days, the house was warm and cozy. The cleaning was very good. Above all, the market was right in front of the house, so it was very convenient to buy things I needed or eat delicious food. I got the impression that the host was very attentive because all the small items I needed were provided in the house. Thanks to that, I rested well.
