1) The entrance is divided into a common entrance and a private entrance, and CCTVs are installed, ensuring safe use for women as well. 2) The building is safely managed with a management office stationed on-site 24 hours a day. 3) Parking is free for up to one vehicle; additional registrations are managed separately at a cost of 100,000 KRW per vehicle. 4) In accordance with the clause requiring restoration to the original condition upon lease, please tidy up and keep the premises clean upon vacating. 5) I agree that if I occupy the premises after the lease period expires, I will be forcibly evicted, and any belongings inside will be disposed of or separately removed. 6) Any unauthorized damage to facilities or alteration of keys may result in punishment in accordance with the law. 7) Additional charges will apply for any damage to items or defects after verification. 8) We will always do our best to provide you with the optimal space. I cleaned the place myself, so it ended up spotless. I was surprised to find it smaller than it looked in the photos. I stayed in buildings next door and near the school for a month due to construction, then came here for a week... but it's way too expensive for what you get. Still, the hot water was excellent, and I had a good stay.
