🏠 An ocean-view apartment where you can see the sunrise the moment you wake up. I’ve put a lot of care into every corner of the space to create a warm, cozy atmosphere :-) The neighborhood is very quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. Since I use and maintain the place myself, cleanliness is my absolute top priority! The surrounding area offers great amenities, including large supermarkets and various restaurants 💕 It accommodates up to 4 guests 🎶
🚗 If driving, please check the address before heading there. 🚌 If taking the bus: Use Donghae City Bus Terminal. 🚃 If taking the train: Use KTX Mukho Station.
You can check in contact-free upon arrival. A reservation confirmation message will be sent once the contract is finalized. The unit includes one large bedroom (with queen-size bedding) and a small room with a double mattress (with double-size bedding). Two sets of bedding are provided! Sleeping in the multi-purpose room is not permitted. Bedding is provided for 4 people. There are no separate charges for water, internet, or building management fees.
🌊 Within a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk, you'll find Mukho Port, along with various beaches and walking trails. 😋 There are shops and restaurants on the ground floor of the building. : Chinese restaurants, *sundae-gukbap* (Korean blood sausage soup) places, and Korean BBQ spots—they're all delicious! >_< 🎡 Famous Tourist Attractions 1. Mukho Lighthouse – Dojjaebigol Sky Valley – Haerang Observatory – Nongoldam-gil (We recommend visiting these as a set!) 2. Mureungbyeol Yucheonji 3. Hanseom Beach 4. Chuam Beach and more.
Management fees (basic management fee, water bill, internet fee) Utilities (electricity bill, gas bill) +Some people ask about this after reading reviews... We have never charged for water or other utility bills. It seems a guest misunderstood the costs during their stay and posted incorrect information in their review. There are no management fees or utility charges other than the amounts specified in the contract!

The view is just pretty. ^^ It was my first time using a short-term rental, and it wasn't great. There are only three-room units. I had to pay an additional fee because there weren't enough blankets. Even though there's a management fee, they charge separately for electricity, water, gas, and a week's worth of utilities. I hardly ate there because I thought there would be food waste, so I mostly ate out and barely used the kitchen. ㅠㅠ
