🏠 This is an ocean-view apartment where you can see the sunrise at a glance when you wake up in the morning. I've put a lot of effort into every corner of the accommodation to make you feel a warm sensibility :-) The surroundings are very quiet, so it's a great place to relax. I clean and manage this place myself, so cleanliness is my top priority! The surrounding infrastructure, including large supermarkets and various restaurants, is excellent 💕 It can accommodate up to 4 people 🎶

You can check in non-face-to-face when you move in. A reservation message will be sent when the contract is completed. The room is a large bedroom 1 (queen bedding) Small room double mattress (double size bedding) 2 sets are provided! It is not possible to sleep in the utility room. It is a bedding configuration for 4 people. *Utilities are charged only for the electricity and gas you use. (You can send us a photo of the meter before and after check-in.) We do not charge separate management fees for water and internet.
🌊Within a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk, you'll find many beaches and walking trails, including Mukho Port. 😋 There are shops on the first floor of the accommodation building. :Chinese restaurant, sundae soup restaurant, samgyeopsal restaurant, etc. They are all great restaurants >_< 🎡Famous Tourist Attractions 1. Mukho Lighthouse - Dojjaebigol Sky Valley - Haerang Observatory - Nongoldam-gil (Recommended to visit as a set!) 2. Mureungbyeol Yucheonji 3. Hanseom Beach 4. Chuam Beach etc.
Management fee (basic management fee, water bill, internet bill) Utilities (electricity bill, gas bill) *The management fee is paid by the host. Utilities are paid by the guest according to their usage.

The view is just pretty. ^^ It was my first time using a short-term rental, and it wasn't great. There are only three-room units. I had to pay an additional fee because there weren't enough blankets. Even though there's a management fee, they charge separately for electricity, water, gas, and a week's worth of utilities. I hardly ate there because I thought there would be food waste, so I mostly ate out and barely used the kitchen. ㅠㅠ
