The unit is fully furnished with a super-single bed, a clothes rack, a dining table, and chairs. Amenities include a washing machine, kitchen sink, air conditioner, gas stove, microwave, and a mini dryer. As this is an older apartment building, there are signs of age that could not be fully eliminated despite thorough cleaning; please keep this in mind. (The building uses central heating, so it can get chilly, but a radiator and an electric heating mat are provided.) There is a large tree right in front of the unit, allowing fresh air to flow in when the windows are open. The view of the tree is so pleasant that a short film was even shot here; I have attached a photo for reference.
Close to KTX Gwangmyeong Station, IKEA, and Costco 3 minutes to Geumcheon-gu Office Station (Subway Line 1) 3 minutes to the bus stop (Airport Limousine 6004) Near supermarkets, parks, the district office, the police station, and hospitals 15-minute walk: Two large supermarkets and local traditional markets
