Pros: The location is fantastic! There are so many great restaurants nearby. It was convenient to walk to places like Geodae Gomtang and Tien Mimi. :) The space is very spacious for the price. The furnishings and overall interior give it a cozy, homey feel—like visiting your parents' house. Bedding is fully provided, so you just need to bring yourself. It was easy to get in touch with the host. Cons: The internet connection is weak. Controlling the shower temperature is difficult; it fluctuates suddenly between hot and cold. It’s a bit better when using the overhead rain shower, but getting the temperature right with the handheld showerhead is tricky. I had a hard time finding a place that sold food waste bags, and since they were only sold in bulk packs, disposing of the waste was inconvenient.

A very nice host who was always readily available; a great location with public transport just a short walk away and a small supermarket right next to the building. Impeccable!

I chose this place because the location was excellent for accessing the Shinbundang Line and Gangnam Station (Line 2). It was right in front of a bus stop, making transportation incredibly convenient. Although it is a studio apartment, it has two desks, making it a great fit for a stay with two children—I’m very happy with my choice. All the necessary amenities were well-stocked, and the host was kind and quick to respond whenever I needed anything, which made the stay even better.
