Basic maintenance fees, internet, BTV, parking, and water charges are included. Disinfection of rugs, cushions, door handles, etc. Electricity and gas bills are checked upon move-in and settled upon move-out. Please take all your personal trash with you when you leave. (Additional charges apply for food waste or trash disposal) The standard occupancy is 4 adults. Up to 2 children under 12 years old and one adult are allowed as additional guests (20,000 KRW extra). If you would like a mattress topper or bedding set, an additional 30,000 KRW applies per set. We are unable to accommodate more guests due to noise complaints, so please do not inquire about additional guests even with extra costs.
