The market rate for monthly rent is over 5 million KRW (deposit) / 2.5 million KRW (rent), but this price is possible because I am the owner. Please treat the space like your own home; compensation fees will be charged for any damage or soiling of property. A cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged if outdoor shoes are worn inside.
Basic maintenance fees, internet, Btv, parking, and water charges are included. Rugs, cushions, door handles, etc., are sanitized. Electricity and gas charges are recorded upon check-in and settled upon check-out. Please take all your trash with you when you leave. (An additional fee applies if food waste or trash is left behind.) The standard occupancy is 4 adults. Additional guests allowed: up to two children under 12 or one adult (an extra 20,000 KRW fee applies). Toppers or bedding sets are available for an additional 30,000 KRW per set. We cannot accommodate additional guests beyond this limit due to noise complaints; please do not inquire about exceeding the maximum capacity, even for an extra fee.
