- Check-in is contactless; once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - No smoking: If the smell of smoke is detected upon check-out, a wallpaper cleaning fee (300,000 KRW) will be charged. - As this is a shared residential building located in a neighborhood, please keep noise levels down at night. - Please contact us if you would like to decorate and furnish the place yourself (special rates available).
This is a fully furnished home. It is suitable for families, featuring one queen bed, one double bed, and two super-single beds. The boiler was replaced with a high-capacity model about two years ago, ensuring a warm and comfortable stay. Dogs are allowed, but an additional fee applies. Please notify us in advance; please note that bringing a pet without prior agreement will result in immediate eviction and the forfeiture of the security deposit.
A complete renovation was carried out, including the bathroom.
