- It is about a 10-minute walk from Ahyeon Station on Line 2 and Chungjeongno Station on Lines 2/5. - It takes about 7 minutes by village bus from in front of Ahyeon Station.
- Check-in is contactless. Upon contract confirmation, you will receive a message with check-in and usage instructions. - No smoking: If there is a smell of smoke upon check-out, a wallpaper cleaning fee (300,000 KRW) will be charged. - As this is a multi-family home located in a residential area, please keep quiet at night. - If you wish to decorate and live in the house yourself, please contact us (special rates available).
This house is fully furnished. The boiler was also replaced with a large-capacity one about two years ago, so you can stay warm. You can stay with your dog, but there will be an additional fee. Please be sure to inform us in advance. If you are caught staying with a pet without prior agreement, you will be immediately evicted and your deposit will not be refunded.
The entire house, including the bathroom, has been renovated.
