There is 1 desk, 2 chairs, 1 floor table, a clothes drying rack, a 2-person comforter, and an LG 27-inch monitor that can be connected to a laptop. A Xiaomi 2nd generation robot vacuum cleaner is provided, so you can mop the floor.
🚌Public transportation is available by taking bus number 33 from Jeongwang Station on Line 4 or bus number 99-3 from Oido Station. However, since this is an officetel located on an artificial island at the entrance of the Sihwa Seawall leading to Daebudo, we recommend using a private car if possible. 🅿️Currently, parking is unrestricted and you can directly access the underground parking lot.
✳️ Check-in is available from 10:00 AM on the day of your arrival. At that time, we will provide you with a list of amenities and the door passcode remotely. ✳️ A smart key is provided in the room usage guide pamphlet. Please feel free to use it and return it to its original place when you check out. ✳️ Check-out is by 3:00 PM on the last day of your stay. Please leave a message when you check out. ✳️ When checking out, please gather the used bedding in a corner of the living room for laundry. Thank you.

If you need a tax invoice for the rent, please apply in advance, and it can be issued after check-out confirmation. Sorae Port and Oido walking trails are a 15-minute drive away.
The management fee includes basic internet, water, and electricity. You may be charged if electricity usage is excessive. There is no gas fee as an electric water heater is used.
