🩵 It's a new officetel, so it's clean! 🩵 It has a duplex structure, so you can sleep in the upper space. There are many storage cabinets, so there is plenty of storage space. 🩵 It is equipped with 1 super single bed, topper mattress bedding, a rice cooker, a microwave, a dressing table, a 2-person sofa, a clothes hanger, and bathroom supplies. ^^ The standard number of people is 2, and an additional 30,000 won per person per week will be added, including the management fee.
- Bus stop in front of the accommodation is available - 5-minute walk from Ara Station Exit 5 - 1 stop from Gyeyang Station
- Check-in is contactless, and you can check in with the keypad password! We will provide check-in instructions upon contract confirmation. - B1: Separate recycling collection area available - 1st floor: Food waste and standard garbage bags can be disposed of here.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - If the management fee is excessively high, additional costs may be incurred.

It was unpleasant because there were so many urine stains on the bedding. Both the top covers and the bottom mats had yellow urine stains—I counted six or seven spots myself—and I wonder if the host actually saw them but left them out for guests to use anyway. Also, I think anyone sensitive to smells would find it uncomfortable to stay there.

The yellow mark on the duvet you mentioned was not a stain from urine or dirt, but rather discoloration caused by the incorrect use of detergent during the washing process. Although the duvet had been freshly laundered, it was an oversight on our part to provide it—judging it acceptable simply because we lacked a spare duvet to replace it immediately at the time. We fully understand how it could have appeared to be a stain and why it would have been unpleasant for you. Moving forward, we will ensure that any bedding with stains or discoloration is immediately replaced and never provided to guests, regardless of whether it has been washed. We apologize once again for the inconvenience.
