The bus stop is nearby, and it's easy to access Anseong IC. Starfield is within a 10-minute walk. ^^

1. All damages/breakdowns that occur during the rental period will be compensated through SamSam Care. 2. The recycling/trash area is right next to the building entrance. Please make sure to clean up before you leave.^^ 3. If a complaint is filed or you are caught making loud noises or smoking, you will be immediately evicted, and a special cleaning fee will be charged for smoking. 4. Please inquire separately about bringing pets! - Starting in July, many workers will be coming to the Samsung Electronics site. We are currently running a discount event, so please book in advance to use our services! 📌If you have any additional questions, please feel free to chat with the host anytime!
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
It is close to Anseong Starfield, and the value for money and interior are great. However, it would have been better if the place had been a bit cleaner.
I had a comfortable and relaxing stay.
