It's a clean apartment. The small room has some of my luggage. Master bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, etc. You can think of it as a 23-pyeong apartment. It's a spacious place with free parking. It's a space where you can live comfortably like your own home, unlike stuffy studio apartments or officetels.
It is a 5-minute walk from Exit 1 of Hadan Station on Subway Line 1. It is very convenient for transportation to Myeongji, the airport, Haeundae, and Geoje. It is 20 minutes by subway to Busan Station, and close to Nampo-dong, Jagalchi Market, and Bupyeong-dong Night Market.
Please keep the house clean. The house is for 2 people. Please inquire for family use. Smoking is strictly prohibited. No dogs or cats. Many guests renew their contracts after renting once. Parking is convenient. Please be considerate when using the house. ^^ Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are possible if there are no other reservations (please inquire). The price is set for a week, but daily rates are available upon request.
Hotels, theaters, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, Daiso, restaurants, and hospitals are all concentrated in the area, making it very convenient to live here. It's a short subway ride to Dadaepo Beach. The sunset is beautiful, and in the summer, there's a musical fountain show, making it a great place for families with children to visit. The view of the Nakdong River is very beautiful at sunset. ^^ There's a Galmaetgil trail just 5 minutes away, so it's wonderful for walking and exercising along the Nakdong River. It's so healing. ^^ I highly recommend taking a walk there. The sunset is so beautiful that I've uploaded a few pictures.

(^^) In summer, excessive use of air conditioning may result in additional electricity charges. City gas is charged separately based on usage. If you excessively use items included in the maintenance fee, additional maintenance fees may be requested.

The view is nice and it's clean.
It was my first trip to Korea in a long time. The transportation was convenient, the surrounding facilities were good, and I had a clean, quiet, and comfortable stay. Everything I needed was well-equipped, so I had no inconveniences at all. If I come again, I'd like to use this place again.
This is a house with a very pretty view of the Nakdong River.
