Pros: 1. Best value for money 2. No need to exercise separately. Going up and down the hill from the road to the house automatically fulfills the daily exercise quota. 3. Nature-friendly. The best walking trail on the back mountain. You can see all of Gwanak-gu from the front view. Cons: 1. The owner seemed to have tried to avoid communicating at all. 2. It says there's a kitchen, but you can't cook. 3. Because it's an old address, taxis can't find it and turn back. 4. There are no directions to the house - if there were, I probably wouldn't have chosen it. But once you know its true value, you'll want to stay for a long time. Since I like to exercise, it was the best location. I had a good stay.
