This room is equipped with a bed, TV, and sofa. It has one bathroom, a kitchen, and is located on the 4th floor (rooftop) for private use. A door lock is installed.
Parking is available in the alley in front of the house. Take bus 1220 from Pyeongtaek Station, get off at Gukje Seokyu, and it's a 2-minute walk. It's about a 5-minute walk from the back gate of the K6 base.
Move-in is contactless. We politely decline guests who smoke or have pets. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please note that there is no elevator on the 4th floor. As this is a short-term rental, please be aware that disposable items are not provided.
You can claim damages if the property is damaged. If the air conditioner is used excessively during the summer, you may be charged for the increased electricity usage. You may be charged if the electricity bill exceeds 50,000 won. Please note that gas bills are charged separately. Smokers, please be careful as the smell may linger in the house. Please separate your trash for recycling. There is only one bed, so it is not suitable for more than 2 adults. However, it may be suitable for up to 4 people if there are children.
If you use excessive electricity, we may charge you for the electricity bill.
