There is an Emart24 convenience store on the first floor, offering convenient 24-hour service. Additionally, a Starbucks Reserve is located in the adjacent building, and The Bay 101 is within walking distance. You can also easily access Haeundae Beach right in front, as well as Songjeong Park and Dongbaek Island, making it a great location for scenic walks.
