This rental is located on the second floor of a mixed-use building, just a 3-minute walk from the main gate of Korea University and a 5-minute walk from Anam Station (Exit 2). Occupying the entire second floor, the unit offers a quiet environment free from the noise of neighbors living above, while also providing easy access to downtown Seoul. With three bedrooms, a living room, and two bathrooms, the spacious layout ensures a comfortable and relaxing stay. It can accommodate up to six guests, making it a rare find capable of hosting larger groups.
It is located a 5-minute walk from Anam Station (Line 6). If you go straight from Exit 2 of Anam Station, you will reach the intersection in front of Korea University; cross the intersection toward "Haejeok Susan" (Haejeok Seafood), and the accommodation is in the building right next to it.
1. Check-in is contactless. 2. There are three bedrooms; Bedrooms 1 and 2 are furnished with two queen-size beds and one super-single bed. 3. A washing machine is provided in the laundry room, and air conditioning is installed in the living room and Bedrooms 1 and 2. 4. Late check-in (8 PM) and late check-out (4 PM) are available. --> We can adjust check-in and check-out times if possible. 5. Please try to keep the bathroom attached to the master bedroom dry during use. 6. The bedding shown in the photos is for display purposes only. It is available for rent at an additional cost if needed. (Please contact the host.)
1. The bathroom attached to the master bedroom is very small; we recommend using it only for using the toilet and washing your face. (Please note that drainage may be slow.) 2. Parking is difficult as the building is a mixed-use commercial/residential property. There is no dedicated guest parking, so we strongly recommend using public transportation. We can provide information on nearby parking lots if needed; the closest options are Jegi Parking Lot and Korea University Parking Lot. 3. The bedding shown in the photos is for display purposes only. Bedding is available for an additional fee; please let the host know if you require it.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee. However, additional costs may be charged if usage exceeds normal levels.
