This is a recently built building offering a bright, cozy, and quiet living environment. There is ample parking available on-site; please note that the unit is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. It features a modern interior with a clean white color scheme. It is fully furnished and equipped with a bed, refrigerator, TV, air conditioner, washing machine, microwave, dining table and chairs, rice cooker, vacuum cleaner, mop, iron, drying rack, scale, electric fan, and basic tableware and cups. Suitable for occupancy by two people.
It is a 10-minute walk from Dong-eui University Station, or a 3-minute walk from the bus stop in front of the girls' high school (accessible by bus from Gaya Station). On-site parking is available. It is close to Seomyeon, where you can find plenty of great restaurants and shopping spots. You can easily reach Busan's famous attractions—such as Haeundae, Gwangalli Beach, and Gukje Market—by subway, and the Donghae Line is also available for sightseeing.
Check-in is contactless. Once the booking is confirmed, I will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not permitted. You can also communicate with me via KakaoTalk or email. You can ask me in English!! I can answer in English.
Compensation charges will apply in the event of damage or soiling. The space has been thoroughly cleaned and is ready for immediate use upon move-in.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional charges may be billed after check-out if there is excessive use of electricity or city gas.

B4 we moved in, we asked if we could move the day before our move in day and she agreed. After that she was worried bc the bulb was broken and there was no cleaner in the house. Each day she texted me abt the problem. For her to stop worrying and for us to be easy, I agreed to clean up the house and fix the bulb bec we reserved a lot of stuff in Busan that we couldn't cancel bc of charges and was non-refundable. When we arrived, she was so mad, asking why we moved in and not allowing us to enter the house bc somebody had just started to clean up. Luckily the guy who said he is also an owner, let us use the house bc we arrived around 10pm with an exhausted kid. -We still ended up cleaning. The landlord probably can help but she's confusing and back-and-forth minded. The house is so bright. If you have a night out and come back late, you are not able to sleep well before there is no curtain. Tbh, the house is so untidy. A lot of random stuff, expired essentials. Go up and down stairs is exhausting.
I am very sorry for the inconvenience; I really tried to help you. The issue stemmed from the change in schedule, as you wanted to arrive two days early. I apologize for the state of the room cleaning; usually, the cleaner does a great job, but he was rushing to get the place ready for your early arrival this time. It was difficult for us to understand each other, but I am so glad that everything is going well for you now!! Thank you 😊
The house was nice and the bedding was fluffy, which was great. I was late for check-out, but they kindly changed the time for me, which was great.
