[Occupancy] The rate is based on one person. An additional fee of 10,000 KRW per night applies for each extra person. [Whirlpool Tub] Not included in the rate; the fee is 20,000 KRW per use. This is an ocean-view, studio-style unit (approx. 60 m²) located a 3-minute walk from Dongho Beach. It features a king-sized bed, a bathroom, a whirlpool tub, and a kitchen. Breakfast (simple Korean buffet and toast) is included. For long-term guests, bedding is changed once a week free of charge, and staff provide complimentary laundry and drying services. There is no checkout cleaning fee, and you will check into a professionally cleaned unit.
It is approximately a 10-minute drive from Yangyang International Airport and Yangyang General Passenger Terminal. Complimentary pickup service is available from the airport, the terminal, and downtown Yangyang (please request by the day before arrival). Ample free parking is available.
[Check-in/Check-out] Check-in from 15:00 / Check-out by 11:00. Early check-in is available for 10,000 KRW per 30 minutes. [Bedding] Free replacement once a week; additional replacements cost 20,000 KRW per instance. [Towels] Please pick them up at the 1st-floor lobby whenever needed. Located just a three-minute walk from Dongho Beach, the resort is perfect for morning beach strolls and coastal runs, and features a walking path through the pine forest at the rear. Amenities include a front-yard barbecue area, a Finnish sauna, and a space for bonfires.
Gas, water, electricity, and internet charges are included in the rent, so they are not billed separately.
