This is a lovely studio apartment located on the second floor of a building with a pilotis structure. It is fully equipped with a vanity, a desk, and a clothes dryer. As the weather turns cooler, I have provided an electric heating mat so you can stay warm and comfortable. Since this is a studio, the rate is based on single occupancy. Please contact me if there are additional guests.

Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking can be detected during cleaning. Please be honest! If you intend to smoke, you must pay a special cleaning fee of 250,000 KRW (for odor removal). One dog is allowed; ideally, you should be able to care for it throughout the evening. The special cleaning fee is negotiable if you are moving in with a cat or dog. Please contact us for details.
You can take walks along the nearby trails. There is a badminton court (rackets and shuttlecocks provided). Nearby schools mean there are great restaurants and a library. You can enjoy the sound of birds at Jangdubong Park. A peaceful retreat away from the city— this is the place.
The management fee includes internet, TV, water, electricity, city gas, and parking. However, additional charges may apply if costs are unusually high (if the amount exceeds 100,000 KRW).
I had to go on a sudden business trip for a week and initially planned to stay in a motel, but I happened to come across 3.3 and signed a contract with them; they even ordered bedding for me, and I had a much more comfortable stay than I would have at a motel.
