- Check-in is contactless. - Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM, though adjustments can be made upon prior agreement. - We will send you check-in instructions three days prior to your arrival. - Please inform us of the purpose of your short-term stay and the number of guests when requesting a booking. - Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. - Please remove your shoes when indoors. - Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the premises. - There is no extra charge for up to two guests; however, an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person per week applies for any additional guests. - Convenient transportation makes this location ideal for visits to Seoul National University Hospital, business trips, or leisure travel. - Air conditioning is available only from June to September (the unit will be cleaned and inspected prior to use). - In accordance with short-term rental policies, bedding (pillows, blankets) and personal amenities (towels, toilet paper, shampoo, etc.) are not provided. The maintenance fee covers electricity, gas, water, internet, and the cleaning and management of common areas; however, additional charges may apply if electricity or gas usage is excessive. Please set the boiler to 'Away' mode when you go out.
