Ground floor of a detached house with a yard A 7-minute walk from Seoul Station (towards the Airport Railroad). It is a 20-pyeong (approx. 66m²) space; you have exclusive use of the entire ground floor. You can enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay.
It is located a 7-minute walk from Seoul Station (Exit 15). Situated on flat ground, this is a detached house where you can enjoy a quiet rest. Buses, taxis, and the Airport Railroad are all easily accessible, and free parking for one vehicle is available in the private parking area.
Once the booking is confirmed, I will send you the detailed address and an information message the day before check-in.
There is a 24-hour convenience store right next to the house.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included utilities.
I rented this place for a business trip, and the house was spacious and clean, so I had a very comfortable stay. Having a yard made it feel like a getaway, and our group of five stayed very comfortably. The host was incredibly kind. I’ll definitely stay here again!
