This is an officetel unit (available since June 2023). It features two bedrooms on the first floor (Room 1: double bed, wardrobe, vanity; Room 2: bunk bed, wardrobe) and a combined kitchen/living area. There is one bathroom (with a separate layout for the shower, sink, and toilet). It is fully furnished and equipped, allowing you to move in and live comfortably without bringing anything. Provided items include: pots, tableware, cups, cutting board, knife, scissors, air fryer, blender, hangers, mini-oven, drying rack, wet wipes, tissues, phone charger, electric fan, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, hair dryer, and toilet paper.

Check-in is contactless. The access code will be provided upon completion of the contract. Wi-Fi and cable TV are provided. Check-in at 5 PM, check-out at 11 AM (times adjustable upon prior agreement). Pets are not allowed (exceptions possible upon prior agreement).
Cleaning fees are refunded at a rate of 0% to 100% based on the cleanliness of the unit upon checkout. Cleaning supplies, such as a vacuum cleaner and wet mop, are provided. (Note: A surcharge of 300,000 KRW applies if professional cleaning is required due to issues like pets or smoking.) Registration of the address as a legal residence at the local community center is not permitted (moving-in/out registration is not allowed). Bedding sets are provided (based on the number of guests). Standard occupancy is 4 people (additional guests can be accommodated upon consultation). Cash receipts are issued (includes 10% VAT and management fees).
Additional charges apply for excessive electricity and water usage. Includes 10% VAT (28,000 KRW). Includes Wi-Fi and cable TV fees. An additional heating fee of 50,000 KRW per week applies from December to February. An additional cooling fee of 50,000 KRW per week applies from July to August.
