All utility costs are included in the management fee. - Additional charges may apply for electricity, gas, and water in cases of excessive usage. - Internet (500 Mbps) and Netflix are provided. For other OTT services (Coupang Play, YouTube, Watcha, Apple TV, etc.), you can log in and use them with your personal accounts. Additional management fees may be charged for excessive use of the included services.
