❤️ Located in Uijeongbu Market, it has good accessibility to Uijeongbu Station (within a 10-minute walk) and the downtown area of Uijeongbu. ❤️ There are many bus stops nearby, making it convenient to use buses, and the light rail is also available. 🙏 Parking for vehicles in the building is on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is insufficient space, please use street parking (free) or the Jungnangcheon public parking lot (paid).

👮♂️ There are more than 30 CCTV cameras installed inside and outside the building, including in the hallways and parking lot, so it is safe without blind spots. 👍 Uijeongbu Market is a 1-minute walk away, so you can easily find various foods, and various hospitals, convenience stores, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, Daiso, etc. are all located within a 5-minute walk. 🚶♂️ Also, Jungnangcheon Stream is within a 5-minute walk, so it is good for taking a walk. 👌 It is fully furnished as shown in the pictures and provides a folding table, laundry drying rack, dish soap, scrub brush, detergent, fabric softener, hangers, bowls, plates, cups, pots, frying pans, scissors, umbrella stand, cutlery set, etc. 😴 Additional bedding available in addition to the provided bedding includes a super single folding mattress, pad, comforter, and pillow, and each item is 10,000 won, and 30,000 won for a set (only one additional item per category is allowed). 🙏 Upon check-out, the room will be inspected, and if there is any loss or damage, a fee will be charged.

It was a clean and surprisingly quiet room, making it a great place for a month-long stay. I really enjoyed my time here, and having it fully furnished made everything so convenient.
