Free parking is available up to 5 basement levels. It is likely the only first-generation, most quiet unit in the neighborhood. Since it is a detached unit with no living spaces on the sides or above, it is very quiet and there is no noise unless there is construction nearby. Because inter-floor noise is fundamentally blocked, it is also very suitable for long-term stays.
A short walk will take you to a bus stop where express buses to Seoul run frequently. Goyang Starfield, La Festa, and Ilsan Lake Park are located nearby. Therefore, it is very convenient for those who have business in the west and north of Seoul and in Ilsan. It is also easily accessible from the airport, and many people who have business at KINTEX also visit.
This is a contactless check-in. The accommodation guide, which you will need to refer to upon check-in, will be provided after the contract is signed. The official check-in time is 2:00 PM Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
