This house is built with red clay and cypress. The kitchen and rooms are separate. The garden has a lawn, a trail, and a pavilion with a barbecue area. A stream flows next to the room, and you can hear the sound of the water from the room. It was featured on Gyeongin Broadcasting's "The House I Want to Live In" in 2021. It was featured on MBC's "Kimjang Gosu" in November 2021. You will be satisfied with the beautifully decorated garden, the clean and tidy accommodation, and the wonderful surrounding scenery.
It is 20 minutes away from Jeonju Hanok Village. All places in Jeonju city are within 30 minutes. It is 1km away from the dedicated road, which is convenient for moving to the surrounding cities and counties of Jeonju, and 4km away from the highway. It is located at the foot of Gyeonggaksan Mountain, 700m away. Paragliding is also available on this mountain.
Once the contract is confirmed, we will provide you with directions, the front door password, and instructions on how to use the facilities. The basic occupancy is 2 people. A maximum of 4 people can use the facilities. If there are additional guests, an extra charge of 10,000 KRW per person per day will be applied.

This is a quiet rural village on the outskirts of Jeonju. The facility is a healthy house built with red clay and cypress, considering your health. It is located at the entrance of the village, and there is a pavilion where you can enjoy a barbecue and also have a bonfire. It is also a place where you can set up a tent and go camping (tent installation site rental fee is 20,000 won. An additional fee of 50,000 won will be charged for each use of the swimming pool). The valley water from Gyeonggaksan Mountain flows in front of the house, making it the perfect place for those who need a rest.
Electricity/gas/water is 20,000 won per week. Heating oil boilers are calculated based on usage.

I had such a great rest!! The owner is so nice too~ Even though it was winter, I was able to stay without feeling cold, and most of all, the kids loved it so much~ We had a great time watching the fire in the yard and having a barbecue~!! The week really flew by~~ It's a house I want to come back to in the fall~~
