Busan stretches from east to west; you would typically choose the east for Haeundae Beach, the west for Yeongdo’s Huinnyeoul Culture Village, Jagalchi Market, and Gamcheon Culture Village, or Seomyeon for nightlife. However, the Busan Station area offers convenient access to all these directions. It is an excellent location for using the subway and buses. It is also convenient to drop off your luggage at your accommodation near Busan Station immediately after arriving via KTX from another region. Located 4 minutes from Busan Station (prime station-area location). Busan is hilly, so even near the station, many places are situated high up—offering great views but requiring you to navigate hills and stairs. Recommended for a "stay-focused" trip (prioritizing the view) or an "activity-focused" trip (prioritizing proximity to the station). This property is located at the foot of a hill.

It really is just about a five-minute walk from Busan Station—I was skeptical at first, but it turned out to be true. It offers excellent value for money. There are convenience stores, restaurants, and Chinatown nearby. Best of all, the host was attentive and made sure I didn't face any inconveniences. The walk from Busan Station to the accommodation wasn't too steep, either. I’d definitely want to book this place again if I have another business trip here. Wishing you continued success. Thank you.
