It measures approximately 33 square meters and features a private kitchen, bathroom, and entrance. Pets are welcome.
Gyeongbokgung Station (Line 3) is about a 6-minute walk away, offering direct access to Jongno, Chungmuro, Apgujeong, and the Express Bus Terminal. Gwanghwamun is roughly a 15-minute walk away, while Tongin Market is closer.
Wi-Fi and a one-time move-in set (bedding, towels, and cookware for two) are included. Utilities are covered for standard usage; excessive consumption will be billed separately. No ongoing services (e.g., housekeeping or linen changes) are provided; toiletries and toilet paper are not restocked, so please bring your own. The unit is cleaned only between tenancies, and a one-time cleaning fee is charged upon move-in. This is a private rental property, not a hotel or guesthouse. No smoking. Pets are allowed with a one-time cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW; please notify us in advance. Located on the second floor; no elevator available. Parking is non-designated. The door access code will be sent once the lease is confirmed. [Operational Notice] This property operates as a short-term rental, not a commercial lodging facility. THE BUILDING Located on the second floor of a small residential building in Seochon, with six units sharing the landing. There is no elevator, so it is just a short walk up the stairs. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD Seochon is the historic district that most visitors pass by on their way to the palace. It features narrow lanes, small bookstores, family-run restaurants, and a view of Inwangsan Mountain at the end of the street. Jahamun-ro 10-gil—known as "Cafe Street"—is just thirty seconds away. Also nearby are the Changing of the Guard ceremony; Tongin Market, where you can fill a lunchbox with various foods from the stalls; and the National Palace Museum and National Folk Museum, both of which offer free admission. Rent a *hanbok* (traditional Korean clothing) at the palace gates—wearing one grants you free entry. The upper-floor windows face the outer walls of Gyeongbokgung Palace—a rare view for this area.
All utilities are included in the maintenance fee.
