We are renting out a clean, cozy, and sun-filled studio apartment in Yeokbuk-dong, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si. It features a complete interior fit-out and comes fully equipped with appliances (air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, and microwave). The base rate covers two occupants; an additional fee of 30,000 KRW applies for each extra person. Please note that this is a short-term rental offered while we arrange a long-term lease following the unit's renovation. We ask for your cooperation in allowing potential tenants to visit the property accompanied by—and under the responsibility of—a real estate agent.
Convenience is excellent thanks to a convenience store right in front and an E-Mart nearby, and you can catch a bus directly to Gangnam from the stop across the street.
We will send you a message with usage instructions once the booking is confirmed. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Pets are allowed, but you will be required to restore the property to its original condition in the event of any damage. Please note that the rental agreement may be terminated if there are serious complaints from neighbors, such as those regarding noise.
