- 7-minute walk to Yeoksam Station and Hanti Station - 3-minute walk to Gangnam Severance Hospital - Bus stops located 2–3 minutes away on both sides of the house - Please let me know if you need parking.
- Check-in is contactless. - We will send you an information message once your stay is confirmed. - Pets are not allowed. (Prior consultation is required if you wish to bring a dog; additional fees apply to cover cleaning and potential damage to appliances or furniture.) - Indoor smoking is prohibited.
- The unit is thoroughly cleaned and ready for immediate occupancy. - Compensation fees may apply in the event of damage or staining. - Gangnam Severance Hospital is a 3-minute walk away, and elementary, middle, and high schools are located within 1 km. - Long-term guests are welcome! ^^
- All utility charges are included in the management fee. - Excessive use of the included utilities may result in a request for an additional management fee.
