Conveniently located across the street from Banpo Sports Center, Seocho-gu Sports Center, and Simsan Cultural Center, offering easy access to cultural, leisure, and athletic facilities. It is also a great location for taking a walk along Banpo Stream all the way to the Han River.

The landlord provided kind and detailed information regarding check-in/check-out procedures and nearby facilities, making it easy and comfortable to settle in right from the start. Although it is not a brand-new building, it was kept very clean, and I could tell that the facilities were consistently well-maintained. The elevator made moving luggage and getting around convenient, and the fact that I had exclusive use of the entire fourth floor ensured a quiet and private stay. I also appreciated the solid security, which gave me peace of mind throughout my visit. With walking paths and the Banpo Sports Complex nearby, it was great for a light morning walk or a run. Being able to enjoy exercise and walks close by while still staying in the city center was a major plus for me. One slight downside was the lack of restaurants within easy walking distance. Aside from that, daily life was convenient, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the stay overall—from the property's maintenance and security to the private atmosphere and the landlord's friendly service.
