As this is a shared living space, please be mindful of your neighbors. Feel free to contact the host if you experience any inconvenience. 2️⃣ Keep it quiet after 10 PM! 🌙 Please refrain from using washing machines, vacuum cleaners, or hair dryers late at night to ensure neighbors can rest comfortably. 3️⃣ No personal electric heaters 🔥 To prevent fire hazards, the use of personal electric heating appliances is prohibited; please use the installed heating system. 4️⃣ No indoor smoking 🚭 Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited; doing so may trigger the fire alarm. 5️⃣ No pets allowed 🐾 To maintain a pleasant environment, pets are not permitted. 6️⃣ Check utilities when leaving 💡 Please check the lights, heating/cooling, gas, and water when leaving or when not in use. Excessive utility usage may result in additional charges. 7️⃣ Waste sorting ♻️ Please sort your waste (paper, plastic, general waste, and food waste) and dispose of it at the designated area on the first floor. 8️⃣ Contact in emergencies 📞 Please contact the host immediately if you encounter issues such as a dead door lock battery, power outage, water leak, clogged pipes, or theft. 📹 Notice: For safety purposes, CCTV cameras are recording at the first-floor entrance and the waste disposal area.

It would have been perfect if towels and trash bags had been provided, as is common elsewhere. Those with luggage should keep in mind that the unit is on the fourth floor and accessible only by stairs. The bedding was comfortable; while the space felt a bit tight for two people, the terrace helped make it feel less cramped. The host was very responsive, and I had a comfortable stay. Thank you.
